Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has officially introduced the XR300L and XR300 Rally. These dual-sport motorcycles are manufactured locally in India.
Both bikes use a 293.5cc air- and oil-cooled single-cylinder engine. This unit produces 24.3 hp and 26.5 Nm of torque. A six-speed gearbox manages the power delivery. The motorcycles are built on a shared platform and feature telescopic front forks, a rear monoshock, and wire-spoke wheels with a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear configuration.
Honda XR300L is designed for off-road use. The Honda XR300 Rally includes touring-focused equipment such as a 5-inch TFT display, a larger fuel tank, a taller windscreen, and knuckle guards. It also features rally-inspired bodywork and updated switchgear.

In India, the XR300L is priced at INR 1,83,000 and the XR300 Rally at INR 2,08,000. Bookings for both models are now open.
In Nepal, the price has not been announced for these models as they are not currently on sale. The brand’s existing lineup in the country includes smaller displacement options like the Honda CD 110 Dream, the Honda Shine 125 BS6, the Honda Activa 125, and the Honda Dio series.

For context, the Hero Xpulse 210 is currently sold in Nepal. Other Hero models in the local market include the XPulse 200 4V and the Xtreme 160R 4V.

These new Honda motorcycles provide additional choices for riders looking for machines that sit between entry-level off-road bikes and larger adventure models.
