Many do. Larger recondition houses in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Butwal take trade-ins against your existing vehicle and arrange bank or finance-company loans, though terms vary widely. Ask what the dealer adds on top of the bank rate, and get the exchange valuation of your current vehicle in writing before committing.
