How does the price predictor work?

If the model is one we already track, you get its real current Nepal ex-showroom price straight from our catalog. If it's an upcoming or unlisted model, we take its home-market price (from a link you paste, or one we find) and run it through Nepal AutoMart's own pricing model — built from years of tracking how vehicles are actually priced in Nepal — to produce a grounded estimate.

Is the estimate an official price?

No. For models not yet sold in Nepal it is a predicted range, clearly labelled as an estimate — never a confirmed price. Nepal's duty is steep and varies by fuel type (much higher for petrol/diesel than for EVs), so treat it as a ballpark to plan around, not a quote.

What if my model isn't in the brand list?

Pick "Other (not in the list)" and type the brand and model. If you have a link showing its price in another country, paste it — that makes the estimate sharper. Otherwise we'll try to find the home-market price ourselves.

Why show the brand's existing Nepal prices?

So you have real context alongside the estimate — seeing what a brand already charges for its other models in Nepal helps you judge whether a prediction looks reasonable.
