Hero MotoCorp’s Vida electric mobility brand has now launched in Nepal, with CG Motors handling sales, service, and assembly. The first products are the Vida VX2 Go, Vida VX2 Plus, and the Vida Dirt.E K3, making Nepal Vida’s first international market.

Where these new EVs sit in Vida’s Nepal lineup

The Vida Dirt.E K3 kids’ off-road bike is the most affordable Vida product at Rs 2 lakh, sitting below the Vida V2 EV at Rs 2.89 lakh and well under the Vida VX2 range at Rs 3 lakh–Rs 4 lakh.

The Vida VX2 Go city scooter is priced at Rs 3 lakh, positioning it just above the Vida V2 EV at Rs 2.89 lakh and below the Vida VX2 Plus at Rs 4 lakh. The Vida VX2 Plus, at Rs 4 lakh, is currently the brand’s most expensive two-wheeler in Nepal.

Key product highlights

  • Vida VX2 Go (Rs 3 lakh) – 2.2 kWh removable battery, real‑world range around 75 km, top speed about 70 km/h, designed as an everyday city commuter with indoor charging using a normal household socket.
  • Vida VX2 Plus (Rs 4 lakh) – 4.4 kWh removable battery setup (dual 2.2 kWh packs), claimed real‑world range up to 140 km, top speed about 90 km/h, 0–40 km/h in 3.1 seconds, and DC fast charging from 0–80% in roughly 65 minutes, aimed at riders travelling longer distances.
  • Vida Dirt.E K3 (Rs 2 lakh) – electric off‑road bike for children aged 4 to 10 years, with app‑based parental controls to manage speed and usage; one of the first officially sold electric dirt bikes for kids in Nepal.

CG Motors plans nationwide sales, service and spare parts support, and local assembly in Nawalpur, which should help availability and aftersales confidence as Vida expands its EV footprint in Nepal. The brand also offers smart connectivity via the Vida Edge app.
