BYD expands after-sales reach in Pokhara
BYD Nepal, through its official distributor Cimex Inc Pvt Ltd and dealer Flash Mobility Pvt Ltd, has opened an official service center at Buddha Chowk, Ward 10, Pokhara. With this facility, full 3S support — sales, service and spare parts — is now available in Pokhara.
Pokhara Metropolitan City Mayor Dhanraj Acharya inaugurated the center.
The new workshop covers about 7,233 sq ft and includes 4 vehicle lifts, separate repair bays, a high-voltage work area, genuine BYD parts storage and a dedicated washing bay. It is built to handle 15 to 16 vehicles per day.
Customers can now access battery checks, mechanical and electrical repairs, dent and paint work, roadside assistance, warranty support and genuine spare parts. BYD says the move will make ownership easier for buyers in Gandaki Province and nearby areas.
