Ultraviolette is preparing to enter the United States market. The premium electric motorcycle manufacturer has secured $85 million in new funding to support this international expansion and increase production capacity.
Intel CEO and Walden International chairman Lip-Bu Tan has joined the company as an investor and advisor. This capital will be used to develop next-generation electric vehicle platforms and new models.

Production will scale through the expansion of the company’s ‘Industry 4.0’ Vigai manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu, India. This site is expected to reach an annual capacity of 500,000 units and create approximately 2,000 new jobs.
The company currently sells high-performance electric bikes, including the F77 and X47, in India, Nepal, and over 10 countries in Europe. This investment aims to meet rising demand across these global markets.

Ultraviolette plans to officially enter the US market by 2027.
