MAW Earthmovers, the official distributor for JCB in Nepal, handed over more than 27 machines to customers on October 11. The event, titled "JCB Shubh Aarambha," took place on the first day of Dashain, Ghatasthapana.
Staff at 12 branches across the country organized ceremonies to mark the occasion. Each machine underwent a traditional puja before representatives handed over the keys to the new owners. The delivered units include the JCB 3DX backhoe loader, excavators, and Agrimax models.
"We see this as more than just a machine delivery," said Durga Prasad Niraula, Chief Operating Officer at MAW Earthmovers. "It is the start of a new business journey for over 27 families."

These machines are intended for use in infrastructure development, road construction, and agriculture. MAW Earthmovers has operated in the country for over 24 years and reports a customer base of more than 12,000.
