Laxmi Lube Oil, the official distributor for TotalEnergies lubricants in Nepal, recently concluded a series of technical workshops aimed at retailers, dealers, and private garage mechanics in five major cities. The events, part of the company's ongoing 'Garage Chautari' initiative, attracted more than 700 participants in Birtamod, Itahari, Biratnagar, Birgunj, and Chitwan.
The workshops were designed to foster direct dialogue between technical experts and local business owners, moving beyond mere product promotion. Discussions focused on proper lubricant application, selecting products based on vehicle specifications, technical requirements, and market trends. Experts emphasized the importance of choosing the correct viscosity and grade based on engine technology, operating conditions, and manufacturer recommendations. Participants also shared their practical experiences with TotalEnergies products.
According to Laxmi Lube Oil, the Birtamode program attracted more than 100 participants, while over 90 attended in Itahari and more than 110 in Biratnagar. Birgunj and Chitwan each recorded more than 200 participants, taking the combined attendance across the five cities to more than 700.
These workshops are part of Laxmi Lube Oil's efforts to strengthen direct engagement with automotive retailers and technical professionals. The company plans to expand these training sessions to additional cities across the country in the coming months, continuing to support knowledge sharing among automotive professionals.
