MAW Vridhi Commercial Vehicles is building a large service center for electric commercial vehicles in the Pepsicola area of Kathmandu. The facility is currently under construction.
This new site will feature modern infrastructure and advanced diagnostic equipment. It is designed to provide comprehensive support, including regular maintenance, electrical and mechanical repairs, and technical assessments. The center will also manage an organized inventory of Foton genuine spare parts to improve availability for owners.
Staff at the facility will include engineers and technicians trained by Foton International. The company aims to reduce service turnaround times and vehicle downtime for business operators.
This project is part of a broader effort to expand the brand's service network. Foton currently operates 21 service touchpoints across Nepal. The company plans to place service locations at intervals of no more than 100 kilometers along key routes from eastern to western Nepal by the end of 2026.
Once finished, the Pepsicola center will serve as a primary hub for the Kathmandu Valley and support the brand's national after-sales strategy.
