BYD Nepal has started a nationwide Smart Care Plus campaign for existing customers. The plan is meant to improve after-sales support, vehicle connectivity, and ownership protection.
The program was launched at the BYD service center in Guheshwori, Kathmandu. It is now active across 13 BYD service centers in Nepal.
The campaign has three parts under one umbrella: Care Plus for service and maintenance, Connect Plus for digital features, and Protect Plus for insurance and ownership support. Simecx Ink Pvt. Ltd. is running the initiative with Ncell, Himalayan Everest Insurance, and Shikhar Insurance.
Eligible BYD vehicles delivered before September 2024 and without earlier app connectivity or infotainment activation will get free BYD app connectivity and infotainment activation. The offer also includes 10% off battery cover, spare tire, and dent-and-paint services. Customers will also get one free home charger check-up.

Customers can also get help with SIM activation, app setup, connected-car features, insurance renewal, cashless accident support, and information on an extended warranty of up to 10 years.
