BGAUSS expands its Nepal EV scooter range
BGAUSS has introduced two new electric scooters in Nepal at the NAIMA Mobility Expo 2026. The models are the C12 Max R, priced at Rs 3.29999 lakh, and the OOwah Max, priced at Rs 2.77999 lakh. Additionally, the OOwah Max Plus was introduced alongside these models, offering a range of approximately 145 km.
C12 Max R
The C12 Max R is pitched as a practical scooter for family and city use. It has a wide seat, comfortable suspension, roomy leg space, and more than 40 litres of storage. Power comes from a 4.2 kW electric motor and a 3.8 kWh LFP battery. BGAUSS claims a 160 km range and a 75 km/h top speed.
The scooter is designed primarily for urban commuting, with its long claimed range making it suitable for regular city travel. Its feature list includes cruise control, a side-stand sensor, a safety start switch, Eco, Sport and Reverse modes, an IP67-rated battery, and home charging support. The C12 Max R focuses on everyday practicality, offering generous storage and a spacious seat for comfortable city commuting.
OOwah Max and OOwah Max Plus
The OOwah Max is the sportier, more urban-focused option. It uses a 2.4 kW PMSM hub motor with a 3.0 kWh removable lithium-ion battery. BGAUSS claims a 145 km range and a 60 km/h top speed.
The removable battery makes the OOwah Max particularly convenient for users who may not have a dedicated charging point where they park their scooter. It gets a smart digital console with USB charging, three riding modes, regenerative braking, home charging support, and more than 21 litres of storage.

The OOwah Max Plus was introduced with similar features, enhancing the options available for city commuters who want flexibility in charging.
