Plans are underway to connect key religious and tourist destinations in Tanahun into a unified tourism circuit. This initiative aims to expand the existing jeep safari services currently operating in Bandipur and Ambukhaireni to cover more locations across the district.
Basanta Poudel, operator of Bandipur Village Safari, stated that the project intends to link Damauli-Manungkot, Chhabdi, Chhimkeshwari, and Andhimul. By creating this integrated route, organizers hope to offer tourists a comprehensive package that includes rural, religious, and natural sites in a single trip.

Local stakeholders believe that connecting these areas will encourage longer stays and increase visitor spending. The expansion is expected to benefit local businesses, including homestays, restaurants, and agricultural producers, by driving more traffic into rural communities. Officials are now focusing on the collaboration required between local governments, tourism operators, and residents to establish the necessary infrastructure and promotional strategies for this circuit.
