- Jaecoo J5 Pro: Now priced at Rs 48.99 lakh after a Rs 3 lakh discount.
- Jaecoo J5: Now priced at Rs 55.99 lakh after a Rs 1 lakh discount.
Both electric vehicles share identical exterior dimensions, measuring 4,380 mm in length, 1,860 mm in width, and 1,650 mm in height. They also feature the same 2,620 mm wheelbase and 185 mm ground clearance. Each model is equipped with a 155 kW electric motor that delivers 288 Nm of torque to the front wheels, along with 480 liters of boot space.
Key Differences
The primary distinction between the two variants lies in their battery capacity and driving range. The J5 features a 58.9 kWh battery with a claimed range of 461 km. In contrast, the J5 Pro uses a smaller 50.6 kWh battery that provides a claimed range of 405 km.
Both models offer a similar suite of features, including six airbags, ADAS, a 540-degree camera, dual-zone air conditioning, and heated and ventilated front seats. The J5 Pro serves as a lower-priced option suitable for city commuting, while the J5 provides additional range for those who frequently travel on highways.
