Owners can visit any of the 14 customer service centers nationwide, including locations in Kathmandu, Dhangadhi, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Dang, Butwal, Chitwan, Pokhara, Hetauda, Bardibas, Jitpur, Itahari, Birtamod, and Katari. To ensure accessibility, these centers will remain open on Saturdays during the campaign.
