The Seres Mini EV is a tiny four-seat electric city car sold in Nepal as a budget-friendly urban runabout, with the Top trim using a 30 kW PMSM motor, a 16.8 kWh LFP battery and a stated 220 km range. It sits well below the small-EV mainstream in price, so it appeals to buyers focused on tight-city commuting, short intercity hops and low running costs without moving up to a larger hatchback or SUV.
Editorial overview compiled from official specs and Nepali/Indian auto sources · as of 04 Aug 2026.
Seres has kept the Mini EV deliberately compact, with short overhangs and a boxy, upright shape that squeezes the most out of its footprint in crowded Nepali streets. Key dimensions are 3,030 mm in length, 1,495 mm in width, 1,640 mm in height and 1,960 mm in wheelbase, while ground clearance is listed at 140 mm. In the Nepali context, the visual appeal is part of the package: it looks friendly and clearly city-oriented instead of pretending to be a mini SUV. That makes it straightforward to park in slots that would be awkward for bigger EVs.
The Top variant uses a permanent-magnet synchronous motor rated at 30 kW, paired with a lithium iron phosphate battery pack of 16.8 kWh. Nepal sources list the Top trim’s range at 220 km, with charging from 10% to 90% taking about 4 to 4.5 hours on a 3.3 kW charger. It is a rear-wheel-drive, automatic EV, aimed at simple urban efficiency rather than high-speed touring; the published top speed is 100 km/h.
